Forms of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard over the phone. We also accept cashier's checks, and money orders. We ship all orders when payment is received or successfully processed. (When ordering online please be sure the billing address you've entered is the same as your credit card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do not match).

 

Ordering

When ordering, please provide us with the following information:  Item number, color, and size.

Online:

All online orders are secured through Paypal.

Email:

You can also place orders via email at:  info@everyperfectdetail.com.  Please provide us with all item detail (item number, color, size, etc.)  along with the best way to contact you (email address or phone number).  We will then contact you for payment information, and shipping details.  Remember email is not secure.  Do not send your credit card information though email.

Alternative Ordering:

We appreciate the fact that some of you are uncomfortable sending credit card information over the internet.  You can choose to print this form and hand-write your order and information without putting anything on your computer. Click here for order form.


If paying by cashier's check or money order, we do wait until the check has cleared before shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately we have been burned too many times to make any exceptions. It generally takes at least two weeks for checks to arrive and clear. We will then ship the items you ordered.

Shipping

US Shipping/Canada Shipping:
We charge a flat $5.00 fee for all orders between $.01-$49.00 and a $10.00 fee for all orders bewteen $50.00 and up. 
We ship all U.S. packages USPS Priority Mail (2-3) days. All packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice). If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address and telephone number.

International Shipping:
We ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (please be aware that there is no insurance available and we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.) Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country's customs policies you may contact your local customs office. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.  If you wish to have your package insured, we can ship either Global Express (3-5 days delivery time) or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days delivery time). Please email us and we will send you the shipping cost for your approval before we process your order.
 

Delivery:
Available items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If you've requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order we will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Accidents can happen...
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and email us.

Beaded Jewelry Pieces

Most of the pieces Every Perfect Detail offers on this site are one-of-a-kind pieces. We say most because sometimes a piece will be duplicated, but changed slightly.  We usually are very quick to update when items are sold. If, however, we’re not fast enough, and the piece you've ordered is unavailable, we will email you to let you know (your credit card will not be charged). It may be possible for us to make another in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones, colors, etc. We will let you know this also in my email and you can decide.

Southwest Jewelry

Our Southwest jewelry is handmade by Native American Indians.  These pieces are not mass produced, but some pieces look similar to another.

Bath Essentials

Most bath essentials are available at all times and are able to be ordering in quantities more than one.

 

**Prices are subject to change based on the current market prices of sterling silver, gold, gemstone beads, findings and other supplies.

 

About Sold Items

Beaded Jewelry

If you see a SOLD item that you like of our beaded jewelry, we can usually make another similar piece, so please email us with your ideas! If you'd like a certain design made with a different gemstone, or color, email us and we will let you know the cost and how long it will take to complete.

Southwest Jewelry

If you see a SOLD item in our Southwest jewelry, we might have another similar piece in stock, but generally if the item is marked SOLD, that piece can not be reordered.  All pieces are handmade by Native American Indians.  Please email us and we will let you know if we have a similar piece.

Special Requests

Every Perfect Detail is able to take special requests.  Let us know what style and materials you are interested in and we will let you know the cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all special requests. All special request sales are final.

 

Return Policy

We stand behind all of our work.  All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account.  If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to us (with all of its original pieces), and we will fix it for you.  This is good for one year, and all you will ever pay is the cost of shipping.  Please call or email us before returning an item.

 

Security Statement

All personal information you submit when ordering through our website, including credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  Secure pages have URL addresses that begin with "https" instead of "http," and the "security" icon on your browser window will appear as a yellow, closed padlock.  Please note: email is not encrypted, and is not a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.

 

Privacy Policy

The personal information you provide to us will ONLY be used to process your order.  If you provide us with your email address for our newsletter, it will solely be used for  product updates and other feedback.  Your information will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
