We are happy to answer all questions, and enjoy assisting our customers; however, we ask that you contact us by email if it is at all possible. Please be patient with us, we get hundreds of email inquiries, phone calls and phone messages a day. It isn't that we don't want to talk with you or respond to your emails, we just have a lot of people we are trying to give our individual attention. We ask that you allow up to 24 hours for a response.
